Our mental health facility provides safe and effective inpatient treatment to assist individuals in leading more productive and fulfilling lives. The facility is located on a beautiful 14-acre campus in Orlando, Florida, and includes 112 licensed beds.

Position Summary: The Scheduler is responsible for ensuring proper shift coverage for all inpatient Nursing staff. Uses knowledge of patient census and staff/patient ratio to ensure that each shift is properly staffed. Follows up on mispunches, PTO requests, and accounts for staff on various types of leaves.

Education: High School and/of AA Degree

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of previous scheduling experience is required. One-year experience in a mental health facility is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other basic computer skills. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Excellent telephone skills (calls and texts) required. Additional Requirements: Familiarity with computerized scheduling is highly preferred; especially ShiftHound.
